Hamilton Public Library Board meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of each month (except July and August) and are open to the public. If you are attending the April 8th Board Meeting and do not have a Library Card, please let staff know when you arrive. Library Cards are not required to attend Hamilton Public Library Board meetings. They can also be publicly viewed via livestream using the corresponding event links in the schedule below. Links are posted at the time of each meeting. Board meetings are recorded.
Members of the public wishing to make a verbal or written delegation to the Library Board should contact the Board Secretary in writing seven (7) days in advance of the meeting using the contact information below. Meeting attendees must follow HPL’s Member and Service Commitment Policy.
