The City of Hamilton and Hamilton Public Library are working with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board on a new joint-use facility at the old Greensville school site.
Plans call for a 3,400-square-foot library, as part of a community hub featuring a new elementary school and daycare centre. The library area will feature community rooms with a kitchenette, meeting rooms, children’s area, reading lounge and outdoor reading space.
The anticipated opening is Spring 2021.
